In ‘Upscale TV Ep3 – Wonderful World of Medical Hemp and Cannabinoids’, Dr. Stuart Titus, Dr. Alysson Muotri and Dr. Marie Walbridge break down how they are seeing medical hemp, CBD, and medical cannabis impact their patients, clients, and research.
Also, host Tim Strombel takes a look at Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz, who is openly against the legalization of cannabis. What is behind her objections? The answer is certainly not what she wants you to believe it to be!
Medical Hemp & CBD Panel Guests
Dr. Stuart Titus is the President of General Hemp, LLC., one of the largest distributors of hemp products throughout the globe. General Hemp’s flagship product, Real Scientific Hemp Oil, has been approved all over the world for various medical indications, including epilepsy, chronic pain and cancer pain. In this panel, Stuart shares his knowledge on the endocannabinoid system and why a lack of cannabinoids throughout our generation may have led to a greater risk and percentage of American’s who suffer from certain diseases.
Dr. Marie Walbridge is an education psychologist who works hands-on with patients who have anxiety disorders. Because Marie works so closely with her patients, she is able to give a first-hand account of how she has seen medical hemp and CBD impact the end user. While she mentions every case being different, the overlying result she has seen in her patients has been indisputable.
Dr. Alysson Muotri is a neurologist and geneticist at the Department of Pediatrics/Cellular & Molecular Medicine at University of California, San Diego. The Muotri Lab uses stem cells and several molecular tools to investigate fundamental mechanisms of brain development and mental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorders. Hypocritical Democratic Leader Voices Anti-Cannabis Stance
Recently the New York Times published an interview in which Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Shultz reiterated that she is anti-cannabis legalization. Interestingly enough, an entertaining thing happens when the reported uses facts to question her stance on the issue. Debbie proceeds to make one thing blatantly clear, what is it? Well, you will just have to watch to find out!
This Week’s KIND 2-Minute Drill

The decision was due to the fact that cannabis remains federally illegal, which basically tied the hands of the federal judge. However, he went on to spread some misinformation about the relationship between banks and the cannabis industry. To provide clarity to the situation, as well as to set the facts straight, we invited David Dinenberg, CEO of KIND Financial, to fill us in.
